413 قَالَ مَعْمَرٌ: وَأَخْبَرَنِي هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ مِثْلَهُ.

تَذَاكَرَ هُوَ وَمَرْوَانُ الْوُضُوءَ مِنْ مَسِّ الْفَرْجِ فَقَالَ مَرْوَانُ حَدَّثَتْنِي بُسْرَةُ بِنْتُ صَفْوَانَ أَنَّهَا سَمِعَتْ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَأْمُرُ بِالْوُضُوءِ مِنْ مَسِّ الْفَرْجِ فَكَأَنَّ عُرْوَةُ لَمْ يَقْنَعْ بِحَدِيثِهِ فَأَرْسَلَ مَرْوَانُ إِلَيْهَا شُرْطِيًّا فَرَجَعَ فَأَخْبَرَهُمْ أَنَّهَا سَمِعَتْ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَأْمُرُ بِالْوُضُوءِ مِنْ مَسِّ الْفَرْجِ سند مخفيقَالَمَعْمَرٌ: وَأَخْبَرَنِي هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ لِي مَرْوَانُ: حَدَّثَتْنِي بُسْرَةُ بِنْتُ صَفْوَانَ.
Translation
✧ 413 Ma'mar said: Hisham b. Urwah informed me, from his father, the like of it. Hidden text: He and Marwan discussed wudu from touching the private part. Marwan said, "Busrah bt. Safwan narrated to me that she heard the Messenger of God ﷺ commanding wudu from touching the private part." It was as if Urwah was not convinced by his report, so Marwan sent a policeman to her. He returned and informed them that she had heard the Messenger of God ﷺ commanding wudu from touching the private part. Hidden chain: Ma'mar said: Hisham b. Urwah informed me, from his father: Marwan said to me, "Busrah bt. Safwan narrated to me."
