✧ Drowsiness until one misses part of the prayer

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لَهُ: لَوْ كَبَّرْتُ مَعَ الْإِمَامِ لِاسْتِفْتَاحِ الصَّلَاةِ، ثُمَّ رَكَعَ الْإِمَامُ فَسَهَوْتُ فَلَمْ أَرْكَعْ حَتَّى رَكَعَ الْإِمَامُ ؟ قَالَ: " فَقَدْ أَدْرَكْتَهَا فَاعْتَدَّ بِهَا
Translation
✧ I said to him: If I said the takbir with the imam to open the prayer, then the imam bowed and I forgot and did not bow until the imam bowed? He said: “Then you have caught it, so count it.”
