✧ A man catches the imam while he is bowing, then the imam raises before he bows

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ:
إِذَا دَخَلْتَ الْمَسْجِدَ وَالْإِمَامُ رَاكِعٌ فَكَبَّرْتَ، ثُمَّ لَا تَرْكَعُ حَتَّى يَرْفَعَ رَأْسَهُ، فَلَا تَعْتَدَّهَا
Translation
✧ If you enter the mosque while the imam is bowing and you say the takbir, then you do not bow until he raises his head, so do not count it (that rak’ah).
