✧ A man praying with his hands let down or clasped together

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ

أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَكْرَهُ أَنْ يَجْعَلَ الرَّجُلُ يَدَهُ الْيُسْرَى إِلَى جَنْبِهِ، وَيَجْعَلَ كَفَّهُ الْيُمْنَى بَيْنَ عَضُدِهِ الْيُسْرَى، وَبَيْنَ جَنْبِهِ، وَكَرِهَ أَنْ يَقْبِضَ بِكَفِّهِ الْيُمْنَى عَلَى عَضُدِهِ الْيُسْرَى، أَوْ كَفِّهِ الْيُسْرَى عَلَى عَضُدِهِ الْيُمْنَى

Translation

✧ He used to dislike a man placing his left hand at his side and placing his right palm between his left upper arm and his side, and he disliked him gripping with his right palm his left upper arm, or with his left palm his right upper arm.
