✧ Raising the hands in supplication

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ أَبَانَ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ:
كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ يَدْعُو وَالزِّمَامُ بَيْنَ إِصْبَعَيْهِ، فَسَقَطَ الزِّمَامُ، فَأَهْوَى لِيَأْخُذَهُ، وَقَالَ بِإِصْبَعِهِ الَّتِي تَلِي الْإِبْهَامَ فَرَفَعَهَا
Translation
✧ The Prophet ﷺ was supplicating while the nose-rein was between his two fingers. The nose-rein fell, so he bent down to pick it up, and he pointed with the finger next to the thumb and raised it.
