عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ أَبَانَ بْنِ أَبِي عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ قَالَ:
كُنَّا نُصَلِّي مَعَ عُمَرَ، فَيَقُولُ: " سُدُّوا صُفُوفَكُمْ، لِتَلْتَقِيَ مَنَاكِبُكُمْ، لَا يَتَخَلَّلُكُمُ الشَّيْطَانُ، كَأَنَّهَا بَنَاتُ حَذَفٍ
Translation
✧ We used to pray with Umar, and he would say: "Close up your rows so that your shoulders touch, lest Satan pass through you, like small black sheep."
