219 219 - عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
أُخْبِرْتُ عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ ضَمْرَةَ مِثْلَهُ. متن مخفيأُتِيَ عَلِيٌّ بِدَابَّةٍ فَإِذَا عَلَيْهَا سَرْجٌ عَلَيْهِ خَزٌّ فَقَالَ نَهَانَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنِ الْخَزِّ عَنْ رُكُوبٍ عَلَيْهَا وَعَنْ جُلُوسٍ عَلَيْهَا وَعَنْ جُلُودِ النُّمُورِ عَنْ رُكُوبٍ عَلَيْهَا وَعَنْ جُلُوسٍ عَلَيْهَا وَعْنِ الْغَنَائِمِ أَنْ تُبَاعَ حَتَّى تُخَمَّسَ وَعَنْ حَبَالَى سَبَايَا الْعَدُوِّ أَنْ يُؤطين وَعَنِ الْحُمُرِ الْأَهْلِيَّةِ وَعَنْ أَكْلِ ذِي نَابٍ مِنَ السِّبَاعِ وَأَكْلِ ذِي مِخْلَبٍ مِنَ الطَّيْرِ وَعَنْ ثَمَنِ الْخَمْرِ وَعَنْ ثَمَنِ الْمَيْتَةِ وَعَنْ عَسْبِ الْفَحْلِ وَعَنْ ثَمَنِ الْكَلْبِ سند مخفيعَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: أُخْبِرْتُ عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ ضَمْرَةَ عَنْ عَلِيٌّ.
Translation
✧ I was informed from Ḥabīb b. Abī Thābit, from ʿĀṣim b. Ḍamrah, the like of it. [A mount was brought to ʿAlī, and on it was a saddle with silk brocade. He said: The Messenger of God ﷺ forbade us from silk brocade, from riding on it, from sitting on it; and from leopard skins, from riding on them, from sitting on them; and from spoils of war being sold until they were divided into fifths; and from pregnant captives of the enemy being given intercourse; and from domestic donkeys; and from eating any fanged beast of prey, and eating any taloned bird; and from the price of wine, the price of carrion, the stud fee of a stallion, and the price of a dog.]
