أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، قَالَ:
انْكَسَرَتْ قَلُوصٌ مِنْ إِبِلِ الصَّدَقَةِ، فَجَفَنَهَا عُمَرُ، وَدَعَا النَّاسَ عَلَيْهَا، فَقَالَ لَهُ الْعَبَّاسُ: لَوْ كُنْتَ تَصْنَعُ بِنَا هَكَذَا، فَقَالَ عُمَرُ: إِنَّا وَاللهِ مَا وَجَدْنَا لِهَذَا الْمَالِ سَبِيلًا، إِلَّا أَنْ يُؤْخَذَ مِنْ حَقٍّ، وَيُوضَعَ فِي حَقٍّ، وَلَا يُمْنَعَ مِنْ حَقٍّ
