✧ Whoever forgets the iqama

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: صَلَّيْتُ لِنَفْسِي الْمَكْتُوبَةَ فَنَسِيتُ أَنْ أُقِيمَ لَهَا قَالَ: عُدْ لِصَلَاتِكَ أَقِمْ لَهَا ثُمَّ عُدْ
Translation
✧ I said to 'Ata': 'I prayed the obligatory prayer alone and forgot to give the iqama for it.' He said: 'Return to your prayer: give the iqama for it, then repeat.'
