أَخْبَرَنَا الثَّوْرِيُّ، عَنْ حَمَّادٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:
إِذَا مَرَّ أَهْلُ الذِّمَّةِ بِالْخَمْرِ أَخَذَ مِنْهَا الْعَاشِرُ الْعُشْرَ، يُقَوِّمُهَا ثُمَّ يَأْخُذُ مِنْ قِيمَتِهَا الْعُشْرَ
