أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، قَالَ الثَّوْرِيُّ:
فِي نَصْرَانِيٍّ مَاتَ وَامْرَأَتُهُ حُبْلَى، ثُمَّ أَسْلَمَتْ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَلِدَ، ثُمَّ وَلَدَتْ فَمَاتَتْ، قَالَ: " يَرِثُهُمَا وَلَدُهُمَا جَمِيعًا؛ لِأَنَّهُ وَقَعَ لَهُ مِيرَاثُ أَبِيهِ حِينَ مَاتَ أَبُوهُ، ثُمَّ مَاتَتْ أُمُّهُ، فَأَتْبَعَهَا عَلَى مِلَّتِهَا فَوَرِثَهَا
