أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ الزُّهْرِيَّ، يَقُولُ:
إِذَا وَقَعَتِ الْمَوَارِيثُ فَمَنْ أَسْلَمَ عَلَى مِيرَاثٍ فَلَا شَيْءَ لَهُ
