أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ الذَّمَارِيُّ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، قَالَ:
كَانَ الْمُسْلِمُونَ يُطَيِّبُونَ لِوَرَثَةِ الْمُرْتَدِّ مِيرَاثَهُ
