أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ رَاشِدٍ،
أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ كَتَبَ فِي رَجُلٍ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ أُسِرَ فَتَنَصَّرَ: " إِذَا عُلِمَ بِذَلِكَ بَرِئَتْ مِنْهُ امْرَأَتُهُ، وَاعْتَدَّتْ مِنْهُ ثَلَاثَةَ قُرُوءٍ، وَدُفِعَ مَالُهُ إِلَى وَرَثَتِهِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ
