أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ سَعِيدَ بْنَ الْمُسَيِّبِ عَنِ الَّذِي يُخْلَقُ خَلْقَ الْمَرْأَةِ وَخَلْقَ الرَّجُلِ، كَيْفَ يُوَرَّثُ ؟ فَقَالَ: " مِنْ أَيِّهِمَا بَالَ وُرِّثَ "، قَالَ: فَقَالَ ابْنُ الْمُسَيِّبِ: " أَرَأَيْتَ إِنْ كَانَ يَبُولُ مِنْهُمَا جَمِيعًا ؟ " فَقُلْتُ: " لَا أَدْرِي "، فَقَالَ: " انْظُرْ مِنْ أَيِّهِمَا يَخْرُجُ الْبَوْلُ أَسْرَعَ فَعَلَى ذَلِكَ يُوَرَّثُ
