أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، قَالَ:
إِذَا قُتِلَ الْمُرْتَدُّ فَمَالُهُ لِوَرَثَتِهِ، وَإِذَا لَحِقَ بِأَرْضِ الْحَرْبِ فَمَالُهُ لِلْمُسْلِمِينَ
