أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا عَبَّادُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنْ خَارِجَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ:
أَنَّهُ وَرَّثَ الْأَحْيَاءَ مِنَ الْأَمْوَاتِ، وَلَمْ يُوَرِّثِ الْمَوْتَى بَعْضَهُمْ مِنْ بَعْضٍ، وَكَانَ ذَلِكَ يَوْمَ الْحَرَّةِ
