أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ يُونُسَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ. قَالَ شُعْبَةُ: وَأَخْبَرَنِي الْحَكَمُ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ:
إِذَا شَهِدَ اثْنَانِ مِنَ الْوَرَثَةِ فِي الدَّيْنِ جَازَ فِي نَصِيبِهِمَا
