أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ،
فِي الْوَارِثِ يَعْتَرِفُ بِدَيْنٍ عَلَى الْمَيِّتِ، قَالَ: قَالَ حَمَّادٌ: " يُسْتَوْفَى مَا فِي يَدَيِ الْمُعْتَرِفِ؛ لِأَنَّهُ لَيْسَ لِوَارِثٍ شَيْءٌ حَتَّى يُقْضَى الدَّيْنُ
