أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، قَالَ:
لَا يَحْجُبُ الْقَاتِلُ، وَلَا يَرِثُ، قَالَ: وَالْعَبْدُ، وَالْيَهُودِيُّ، وَالنَّصْرَانِيُّ بِتِلْكَ الْمَنْزِلَةِ ".
