أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، قَالَ:
كَانَ زَيْدُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ لَا يُوَرِّثُ الْجَدَّةَ - أُمَّ الْأَبِ - وَابْنُهَا حَيٌّ
