أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْنَا:
أَنَّ السَّارِقَ تُوجَدُ مَعَهُ سَرِقَتُهُ، يُقْطَعُ وَيُرَدُّ الْمَتَاعُ إِلَى أَهْلِهِ، لَمْ نَسْمَعْ فِيهِ غُرْمًا، إِذَا لَمْ يُوجَدِ الْمَتَاعُ مَعَهُ
