✧ Leadership in prayer and what pertains to it

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي أَبِي قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ بَعْضَ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ
أَنَّ قَوْمًا أَقَامُوا الصَّلَاةَ فَجَعَلَ هَذَا يَقُولُ لِهَذَا: تَقَدَّمْ، وَهَذَا يَقُولُ لِهَذَا: تَقَدَّمْ، فَلَمْ يَزَالُوا كَذَلِكَ حَتَّى خُسِفَ بِهِمْ.
Translation
✧ That a people performed the prayer and one of them kept saying to another, "Go forward," and the other said to him, "Go forward," until they were swallowed up by the earth.
