عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ سُلَيْمٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يُوسُفَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ سَلَامٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ سَلَامٍ قَالَ:
مَا أُذِّنَ فِي قَوْمٍ بِلَيْلٍ إِلَّا أَمِنُوا الْعَذَابَ حَتَّى يُصْبِحُوا، وَلَا نَهَارًا إِلَّا أَمِنُوا الْعَذَابَ حَتَّى يُمْسُوا
Translation
✧ The adhan is never given among a people at night except that they are safe from punishment until morning, nor in the daytime except that they are safe from punishment until evening.
