عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الْأَسْلَمِيِّ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي فَرْوَةَ قَالَ:
أَوَّلُ مَنْ رَزَقَ الْمُؤَذِّنِينَ عُثْمَانُ
Translation
✧ The first to give stipends to the mu'adhdhins was Uthman.
