عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ صَاحِبٍ لَهُ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ عُتَيْبَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى،
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ أَمَرَ بِلَالًا أَنْ يُثَوِّبَ فِي صَلَاةِ الْفَجْرِ، وَلَا يُثَوِّبَ فِي غَيْرِهَا
Translation

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ commanded Bilal to say the tathwib in the dawn prayer and not to say it in any other prayer.
