عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الْجَحْشِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ، قَالَ:
قَضَى مَرْوَانُ فِي رَجُلٍ كَسَرَ رِجْلَ رَجُلٍ ثُمَّ جُبِرَتْ بِفَرِيضَتَيْنِ يَعْنِي قَلُوصَتَيْنِ
