عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ قَالَ:
إِذَا كُسِرَتِ الْيَدُ أَوِ الرِّجْلُ وَإِذَا كُسِرَتِ الذِّرَاعُ أَوِ الْفَخِذُ أَوِ الْعَضُدُ أَوِ السَّاقُ، ثُمَّ جُبِرَتْ فَاسْتَوَتْ فَفِي كُلِّ وَاحِدَةٍ عِشْرُونَ دِينَارًا " قَالَ مَعْمَرٌ: وَبَلَغَنِي أَنَّ قَتَادَةَ ذَكَرَهُ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ عُمَرَ، قَالَ قَتَادَةُ: " فَإِنْ كَانَ فِيهَا عَثْمٌ فَأَرْبَعُونَ دِينَارًا.
