عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ
فِي الصُّلْبِ إِذَا كُسِرَ فَذَهَبَ مَاؤُهُ الدِّيَةُ كَامِلَةً، وَإِنْ لَمْ يَذْهَبِ الْمَاءُ فَنِصْفُ الدِّيَةِ، قَالَ: " قَضَى بِذَلِكَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ
