قَضَى عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ فِي السِّنِّ السَّوْدَاءِ، إِذَا كُسِرَتْ وَالْعَيْنِ الْقَائِمَةِ، وَالْيَدِ الشَّلَّاءِ بِثُلُثِ دِيَتِهَا
