✧ Eating garlic and onion then entering the mosque

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: قَالَ لِي عَطَاءٌ: سَمِعْتُ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ يَقُولُ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
مَنْ أَكَلَ مِنْ هَذِهِ الشَّجَرَةِ يُرِيدُ الثُّومَ، فَلَا يَغْشَى مَسْجِدِي هَذَا
Translation
✧ Whoever eats of this plant—meaning garlic—let him not approach this mosque of mine.
