عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، وَقَتَادَةَ قَالَا:
إِذَا فَقَأَ الْأَعْوَرُ عَيْنَ رَجُلٍ صَحِيحٍ عَمْدًا أُغْرِمَ أَلْفَ دِينَارٍ، وَإِذَا فَقَأَهَا خَطَأً أُغْرِمَ خَمْسَمِائَةِ دِينَارٍ
