عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ، عَنِ الْمِنْهَالِ بْنِ خَلِيفَةَ، عَنْ تَمِيمِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ، قَالَ:
أَفْرَغَ رَجُلٌ عَلَى رَأْسِ رَجُلٍ قِدْرًا فَذَهَبَ شَعَرُهُ، فَذَهَبَ إِلَى عَلِيٍّ فَقَضَى عَلَيْهِ بِالدِّيَةِ كَامِلَةً
