عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ:
مَنْ قَتَلَ فِي الْحَرَمِ قُتِلَ فِي الْحَرَمِ، وَمَنْ قَتَلَ فِي الْحِلِّ، ثُمَّ دَخَلَ فِي الْحَرَمِ أُخْرِجَ إِلَى الْحِلِّ " فَيُقْتَلُ: قَالَ: " تِلْكَ السُّنَّةُ.
