أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: أَرَأَيْتَ الرَّجُلَ يُقْتَلُ فِي الْحَرَمِ أَيْنَ يُقْتَلُ قَاتِلُهُ ؟ قَالَ: " حَيْثُ شَاءَ أَهْلُ الْمَقْتُولِ " قَالَ: " وَإِنْ قُتِلَ فِي الْحِلِّ لَمْ يُقْتَلْ فِي الْحَرَمِ وَكَذَلِكَ أَشْهُرُ الْحُرُمِ مِثْلُ الْحَرَمِ فِي ذَلِكَ
