عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ، عَنْ عِيسَى بْنِ أَبِي عَزَّةَ قَالَ:
رَأَيْتُ الشَّعْبِيَّ ضَرَبَ رَجُلًا افْتَرَى عَلَى رَجُلٍ فِي الرَّحْبَةِ، وَلَمْ يَضْرِبْهُ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ.
Translation
✧ I saw al-Shabi beat a man who had slandered another man in the courtyard (al-rahba), and he did not beat him in the mosque.
