عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: الرِّيحُ وَهُوَ يَعْقِلُ ؟ قَالَ: " لَا أَحِدُّ إِلَّا بِبَيِّنَةٍ، إِنَّ الرِّيحَ لَيَكُونُ مِنَ الشَّرَابِ الَّذِي لَيْسَ بِهِ بَأْسٌ
