عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ قَالَ:
كَانَ عُمَرُ إِذَا وَجَدَ مِنْ رَجُلٍ رِيحَ شَرَابٍ جَلَدَهُ جَلَدَاتٍ، إِنْ كَانَ مِمَّنْ يُدْمِنُ الشَّرَابَ، وَإِنْ كَانَ غَيْرَ مُدْمِنٍ تَرَكَهُ
