عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
لَا تَحِلُّ الرُّقْبَى، وَمَنْ أُرْقِبَ شَيْئًا فَهُوَ لَهُ
