عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: الرَّجُلُ يُعْمِرُ وَيَشْتَرِطُ عَلَى الَّذِي أَعْطَى أَنَّكَ إِذَا مُتَّ فَهُوَ حُرٌّ، قَالَ: " يَكُونُ حُرٌّ مَرَّتَيْنِ تَتْرَى، قُلْتُ: سَبِيلٌ مِنْ سُبُلِ اللهِ ؟ " قَالَ: " نَعَمْ
