عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ قَالَ:
شَهِدْتُ شُرَيْحًا وَجَاءَهُ رَجُلٌ فَسَأَلَهُ عَنِ الْعُمْرَى فَقَالَ: هِيَ جَائِزَةٌ لِأَهْلِهَا " ثُمَّ سَكَتَ الرَّجُلُ سَاعَةً فَقَالَ: كَيْفَ قَضَيْتَ ؟ " قَالَ: لَيْسَ أَنَا قَضَيْتُ وَلَكِنَّ اللهَ قَضَاهُ عَلَى لِسَانِ نَبِيِّهِ ﷺ مَنْ مُلِّكَ شَيْئًا حَيَاتَهُ فَهُوَ لِوَرَثَتِهِ إِذَا مَاتَ
