عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ
فِي رَجُلٍ أَنْكَحَ أَمَتَهُ رَجُلًا وَاشْتَرَطَ عَلَيْهِ الرَّجُلُ أَنَّهَا مَا وَلَدَتْ مِنِّي فَهُوَ حُرٌّ قَالَ: " لَهُ شَرْطُهُ حَتَّى يَبِيعَهَا سَيِّدُهَا أَوْ يَمُوتَ فَيَصِيرَ لِغَيْرِهِ
