أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ:
أَعْتَقَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ كُلَّ مُسْلِمٍ مِنْ رَقِيقِ الْإِمَارَةِ، وَشَرَطَ أَنَّكُمْ تَخْدِمُونَ الْخَلِيفَةَ مِنْ بَعْدِي بِثَلَاثِ سِنِينَ، وَأَنَّهُ يَصْحَبُكُمْ بِمَا كُنْتُ أَصْحَبُكُمْ بِهِ " قَالَ: " فَابْتَاعَ الْخِيَارُ خِدْمَتَهُ مِنْ عُثْمَانَ الثَّلَاثَ سِنِينَ بِغُلَامِهِ أَبِي فَرْوَةَ
