عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ
فِي رَجُلٍ أَوْصَى أَنْ يُعْتَقَ مُكَاتِبٌ لَهُ وَأَوْصَى بِوَصَايَا قَالَ: " إِنْ كَانَ مَا عَلَى الْمُكَاتِبِ خَيْرًا لَهُ ضَرَبْنَا لَهُ بِهِ، وَإِنْ كَانَتِ الْقِيمَةُ أَنْقَصَ ضَرَبْنَا لَهُ بِالْقِيمَةِ
