إِذَا كَانَ لَهُ عَبْدٌ فَأَعْتَقَ مِنْهُ عُضْوًا عَتَقَ كُلُّهُ، مِيرَاثُهُ مِيرَاثُ حُرٍّ، وَشَهَادَتُهُ شَهَادَةُ حُرٍّ
