عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ قَالَ:
جَاءَهُ رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ: إِنِّي أُرْسِلْتُ إِلَيْكَ مِنَ الْكُوفَةِ أَسْأَلُكَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ دَبَّرَ جَارِيَةً لَهُ، ثُمَّ بَاعَهَا وَوَطِئَهَا الْمُشْتَرِي فَقَالَ: تُرَدُّ الْجَارِيَةُ وَيَغْرَمُ الَّذِي وَطِئَهَا الْعَقْرَ وَتُتْرَكُ عَلَى حَالِهَا
