عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: يُدَبِّرُ الرَّجُلُ عَبْدَهُ لَيْسَ لَهُ مَالٌ غَيْرُهُ قَالَ: لَا ثُمَّ ذَكَرَ مَا قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ فِي الْعَبْدِ الَّذِي دُبِّرَ عَلَى عَهْدِهِ قَالَ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: اللهُ أَغْنَى عَنْهُ مِنْ فُلَانٍ ثُمَّ تَلَا عَطَاءٌ: ﴿وَالَّذِينَ إِذَا أَنْفَقُوا لَمْ يُسْرِفُوا وَلَمْ يَقْتُرُوا ﴾وَذَكَرَ مَا قَالَ: فِي الرَّجُلِ يَتَصَدَّقُ بِمَالِهِ وَيَجْلِسُ لَا مَالَ لَهُ
