عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: أَيُدَبِّرُ الرَّجُلُ عَبْدَهُ لَيْسَ لَهُ مَالٌ غَيْرُهُ قَالَ: لَا ثُمَّ ذَكَرَ مَقَالَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فِي الْعَبْدِ الَّذِي دُبِّرَ عَلَى عَهْدِهِ قَالَ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: اللهُ أَغْنَى عَنْهُ مِنْ فُلَانٍ ثُمَّ تَلَا عَطَاءٌ: ﴿وَالَّذِينَ إِذَا أَنْفَقُوا لَمْ يُسْرِفُوا وَلَمْ يَقْتُرُوا ﴾وَذَكَرَ مَا قَالَ [ فِي ] الرَّجُلِ يَتَصَدَّقُ بِمَالِهِ كُلِّهِ وَيَجْلِسُ لَا مَالَ لَهُ
