عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي خَالِدٍ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَمْرٍو الشَّيْبَانِيَّ يَقُولُ:
كَانَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ يَعُسُّ الْمَسْجِدَ فَلَا يَدَعُ سَوَادًا إِلَّا أَخْرَجَهُ إِلَّا رَجُلًا مُصَلِّيًا
Translation
✧ Abdullah b. Masud used to patrol the mosque and would not leave any dark figure except that he expelled him, unless he was a praying man.
