أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ قَالَ:
كَتَبَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ يَعْتَصِرُ الرَّجُلُ مِنْ وَلَدِهِ مَا أَعْطَاهُ مِنْ مَالِهِ مَا لَمْ يَمُتْ أَوْ يَسْتَهْلِكْهُ أَوْ يَقَعْ فِيهِ دَيْنٌ
